Lady was residing in a desolate area of a local reserve, making her home on an abandoned property. When we brought her in for a spay procedure, we conducted thorough testing that revealed a troubling past. It became evident that she had been run over at least twice, leaving her with significant injuries. Most notably, the top of her femur on one leg is completely absent, raising questions about how such an injury could occur without surgical intervention. Despite these challenges, Lady perseveres with a slight limp, refusing to let her injuries define her spirit or hinder her mobility.
